Deleting your account

You can close your account yourself, on the website or in the app.

Sign in at www.thegamegift.com (or open the app).
Open Your games, then the Profile and password tab.
Open Close my account, type your email address and your password, and confirm.

The account is closed at once: nobody can sign in to it, and notifications to your devices stop.

What is kept, and what you can ask us to delete

Records of what you bought and paid are kept as long as the law asks. If you also want the photographs you sent and the files of your games deleted, write to us through the contact form from the email address of the account; we delete them and write back to confirm. If you cannot sign in any more, the contact form works for closing the account too.
